Never again!!!

Customer Service is ridiculous!

3 day london pass bought. The queen died during our time and we lose 2 crucial days in london due to every atraction being closed. And they refused to refund the difference more than 1 day. The 2nd issue is that 1 day pass ( or a 2 day pass aswell) are way too expensive compared to ticket prices and time frame you can use to see attractions.

If youre coming to london and buying a london pass, always be prepared it might be money wasted not the money saved.

We had a 3 day pass, but things started closing due to the Queen’s death. We thought a one day refund would be kind. We missed a lot of what we wanted to do.

We lost one day all museums and attractions were closed because of the recent event. Contacted The London Pass to extend one day and haven't heard back from them.

Using the London Pass was very easy, every place stopped was prepared for us. Over the week that we used them, we saved more than 30 pounds per person over what we would have paid individually. Using them on the Hop-On, Hop-Off bus was especially nice, as with the Uber boat.

I like the advantages of the card, but I think there should be a digital solution for the free oystercard that comes with the card. We booked less than 5 days before our visit to London, so we did not get to use the oystercard because it takes 5 days to send the card to our home adress? Isn’t it possible to achieve a digital option? Pity!

Overall it was a very good experience with a lot of items included and easy to use. We would of saved money, but with the sad passing of the queen, the main items we wanted to attend on the 9th were closed. I know this is an event outside your control, but I am going to request a partial refund.

We loved London pass, they do everything they say they would do and the pass is well received by all the parties who take it.

We loved using the London Pass. We bought a 3 day pass, and we saved $63 each by using it. We went to the following: Tower of London, St.Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, Royal Mews, Tower Bridge, Windsor Castle, and Kensington Palace. It helped to not have to buy tickets and schedule ahead. I believe we just had short waits at Kensington snd the Tiwer of London.

I do not think we would have gone to the Royal Mews without a pass, and that was a fun visit.

On the last day of our pass we were at Windsor and learned that sadly, Queen Elizabeth died. As tourists, we were glad that we were able to visit all these wonderful sights, as some understandably closed for the National Days of Mourning.

Was very pleased with my experience with the London Pass.
Good easy to use app. Would just like it better if it would sync with Google Maps so you have a better overview of the sights on offer.
